We are searching for a Personal Assistant to join the team Strike the work-life balance whilst engaging in a rewarding role providing services such as diary, events, travel and process management to our Victrex Management Team & Senior Leaders.

This role will be on a part-time basis 20 hours per week, initially on a 6 month FTC, with flexibility on how these hours are worked.

The Role


This role has a number of responsibilities working closely with our senior stakeholders and the PA Team, as well as liaising with internal Victrex employees and external clients and business contacts.


As a Personal Assistant you will be accountable for the management of diaries, including scheduling meetings, arranging visits and business travel, both National & International.

A forward thinking mindset is essential when managing busy work schedules.


You will also be accountable for the organisation and co-ordination of both customer visits to our Hillhouse site and external team events, which includes annual offsite and overseas sales and leadership team meetings.


Another great opportunity this role presents is to support work around business processes, which might include producing reports and presentations too.


Working as part of this busy team you will offer key support for the Executive Assistant and other members of the PA Team.
