Cold Store Operative - Mansfield, United Kingdom - Haskell and Co. Ltd

We are looking for someone to join our small cold store team on a temporary basis initially to the end of this year with the potential (workload dependant) to join the team on a permanent basis in the new year.

Duties will include:

• Handballing product on/off containers or in preparation for blast freezing.
• Carrying out daily/weekly/monthly cold store routines.
• Ensuring stores and loading areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Any other duties as required.

Additional duties may include (dependant on experience):

• loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.
• Ensure that pallets are stored correctly and any movements are recorded.

Previous experience working in a low temperature environment would be advantageous, as would previous warehouse experience. This role involves manual labour.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, overtime may be required at short notice outside of these hours and some weekend overtime may be required at busy periods.
