We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Credit Controller with a great work ethic.

Within your new role you will be responsible for ensuring payments are made on time chasing overdue invoices negotiating payment plans where required as well as implementing debt collecting processes, with the ability to risk assess accounts where credit has been requested.

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate an energetic and proactive approach to their work and be able to work accurately and on their own initiative.

They will be able to communicate at all levels within the business and be focused in delivering results. In return they will gain a broad experience within a highly commercial organisation.

Responsibilities:

Assess credit risk for all new and existing clients
Prepare monthly Aged Debt and Risk Reports with comments
Allocation of cash received on sales ledger
Ensure prompt payment from all clients and prompt identification of payment issues
Helping to improve processes and improving internal systems
Maintaining existing client relationships, building rapport with a confident telephone manner
Resolving queries
Reduce DSO
