Dominus Group, the London-based property developer and investment group, is looking for a pre-opening Breakfast Supervisor to join their new site, Hampton by Hilton London City, in the historic Aldgate.

Responding to strong demand for the Hampton by Hilton brand in London, the hotel is planned to open in May 2023 through a partnership with Dominus Group and under the management of Madison Cairn.

The hotel is a stone's throw from Old Spitalfields Market, sandwiched between Shoreditch and the City, London's historic business district.

Plans will revitalise the 1960s building with features that complement the surrounding historic architecture.

The property is opening with 129 guestrooms in May 2023, building to 278 guestrooms in 2024.

About the role

You will assist the FB Duty Manager that the breakfast team and processes are set up successfully for the opening of the hotel, including procedures, health and safety.

You'll be responsible for ensuring that the food and beverage outlet runs efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food and the service they receive.

You'll be a great leader, effectively supporting and leading the team, be polite, courteous and professional.

Under your leadership, the team will provide a memorable and efficient service at all times to maintain an exceptional standard of service and quality.

You'll supervise the front of house staff during breakfast service through to lunch service (where required), build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and senior management alike, follow stock and control procedures, and adhere to food safety and health and safety requirements.

You will play a key part in training, motivating and inspiring our team whilst supporting the department in achieving the required service results through internal and external audit results.

Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills to ensure a seamless and memorable experience, proactively resolving any challenges that may arise and tracking and reviewing feedback to implement long term customer satisfaction solutions
Strong communication skills through a variety of means
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, adapting your approach to complete routine and nonroutine tasks
High attention to detail and accuracy great at managing one's own time and the time of the team
Ability to stay calm and work under pressure
