A global Investment Bank are seeking a Team Assistant to join their dynamic organisation. As a Team Assistant you will be responsible for providing extensive administrative support to 25+ Bankers at Associate level.


The duties of the role include:

  • Diary and calendar management for bankers (Associate level+)
  • Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and con calls across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and VCs across multiple locations
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including:
  • International flight and accommodation bookings
  • Car bookings
  • Expense management and preparation
  • Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
  • Supporting teams in day to day issues, needs and queries
  • Providing phone / holiday coverage for colleagues
