Boeing are now looking for an
Operations & Facilities Coordinator to support Boeing teams based in the Lossiemouth Strategic Facility.


Reporting to the Senior Operations manager, the Operations & Facilities Coordinator will be the face of the Boeing team in Lossiemouth, welcoming visitors and ensuring they are safe and compliant with local regulations.

This proactive person will work closely with the Operation Management team, Dealing with incoming and outgoing communication, planning and implementing logistics for internal and external events and meetings, the role will be both demanding and varied.


Responsibilities Will Include:


  • Managing access to Boeing areas and integrations with the Strategic Facility security
  • Processing visitor requests and ensuring planned visits are coordinated with the day to day operations in the facility
  • Processing incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
  • Ordering and maintaining general office supplies
  • Planning and implementing logistics for internal and external events and meetings
  • Ensuring the Boeing area of the facility is maintained in excellent condition
  • Building a strong professional relationship with key people in the wider customer community at RAF Lossiemouth

Additional Skills & Experience:


  • Customer service qualifications
  • Experience working in a Boeing Defence facility
  • Experience working with Defence customers
  • Experience with Facilities Management
  • Facilities Management qualification

Security Clearance:
This position requires the ability to obtain a UK security clearance for which the Government requires UK Citizenship.
