    Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

    A leading concrete frame and groundwork subcontractor seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee concrete frame, basement, and groundwork packages from award through to final account.

    About the Opportunity:

    We are looking for career-focused individuals who want to be part of a close-knit team working towards building a great business in this competitive sector. Your position will report directly to the commercial director, with room for progression in a £200 million per annum business that is still growing.

    About the Company:

    This subcontractor specialises in taking projects from enabling works through to completion of the frame. With focused teams handling remediation, demolition, groundwork, and concrete frame packages, they can handle packages ranging from £10 million to £50 million each.

    About the Requirements:

    To be successful, you must have worked for rival concrete frame or groundwork subcontractors in the UK as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor. A degree-qualified quantity surveying or commercial management background is also essential due to the technical nature of the position. You should be based in or around London/South East or have the ability to be based near there for work.

    About the Benefits:

    Earning between £70,000 to £100,000 per annum (dependent on experience), this role offers a comprehensive package including pension, car/travel allowance, and bonus scheme. Hybrid working is available, but only after probation periods have been completed.
