A vacancy has arisen for a full time assistant within the University's Income and Credit Control team based in the Finance Division.

The main duties of the post include active collection of tuition fees, accommodation fees and other debts due to the University along with allocation of income in an accurate and timely manner.


You will be expected to deal with students, staff and many other University customers, both professionally and confidentially in line with service standards.


We are looking for an individual with excellent organisational and communication skills, a courteous and professional manner together with an enthusiasm for working in a busy, but friendly team environment.

Previous credit control experience is desirable but not essential.


You will need to have excellent customer service skills and be able to work to a high degree of accuracy.

Previous experience of team working in a customer-focused role is essential. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems is also essential.
