Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established business who are based in Southampton.

Due to growth plans our client is now looking to recruit a Customer Service Sales Advisor to join the business.

As a Customer Service Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Be able to handle both inbound and outbound calls with knowledge of products and services to sell and upsell.
  • Maintain outstanding customer service with ability to hit KPI'S
  • Update CRM systems
  • Put the customer at the heart of everything you do
  • Maintain compliance throughout the business
  • Meet customers demand

The ideal Customer Service Sales Advisor will:

  • Have a good attitude
  • Be determined, Enthusiastic and reliable
  • Highly competent in Microsoft
