About us
All Care Experts is a Training Company and staffing agency specialising in the health and social care sector, providing staff and training packages for Care Homes, Hospitals and Psychiatric services located in South East Wales.
All Care Experts was formed by a group of Entrepreneurs employed within the health and social care sector with a combined experience of 40 years consisting of Domiciliary Care, Care Homes and Psychiatric Hospitals including supervisory roles and Qualified Mental Health Nursing Roles.
As a team we work in collaboration to recruit and provide agency support staff and Nurses who are competent and fully trained to deliver high standards of care.
Having worked in the health and social care sector we understand the requirements and expectations of what qualities Care Workers and Nurses should have which will be an advantage during our recruitment and training process.
We believe that Agency Care Staff should be given all the training and skills required to benefit and support our clients, Their staff and service users.
We are passionate about training and staff development and with our knowledge, experience and accredited certification we are able to provide specialist training packages to meet our clients needs to develop staff and maximize potentials.
We are eager to provide staff who will be an asset and deliver high standards of care to service users whilst following care plans accordingly and using own initiative.
