Time Customer Service Administrator:
Our customers are at the centre of our business; we take pride in the service and assistance we provide for them on a daily basis.
The responsibility of this role is to communicate with our customers, processing weekly orders, dealing with any issues, generating invoices, and taking card payments over the phone.
It will also require you to help pack any orders to be sent by courier.THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED ROLE THREE DAYS PER WEEK MONDAY TO WEDNESDAY. STARTING AT 9:30 AND FNISHING 14.30
