PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide outstanding recruiting across a geographical area in a timely and effective manner, whilst maintaining the highest levels of diligence and integrity.
You will be constantly striving to improve the efficiency and professionalism of working practices to meet the company's objective of "clarity and consistency" and working "smarter not harder".
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Attracting, selecting, and recruiting in line with safer recruitment guidelines
- Ensure recruitment and selection procedures meet operational and legislative requirements set out by professional agencies
- Ensure staffing levels and qualifications are suitable with the correct number of skills and experience required to operate a camp. Holding accountability for the correct staffing level at assigned camps, in line with predictions and booking figures
- Issue employment offers (contracts/job descriptions)
- Preparing admin requirements ahead of evening/weekend recruitment events
- Assisting with other members of the recruitment team chasing documents required by seasonal staff ahead of employment
- Completing daily routine tasks
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content writing for recruitment in various different platforms such as website, manuals, presentations etc
- Public speaking at different events such as assessment events, training, and recruitment fairs
- Assisting with onboarding systems ahead of seasonal staff

PERSON SPECIFICATION
We are looking for someone who has great communication skills, who can build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally and understands the importance of good administrative support ensuring that the office runs efficiently.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and professionals both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure to strict deadlines enjoys being part of a busy team
- Able to demonstrate careful attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in recruiting or working in a customer facing environment
- Able to commute to Head Office address in Warboys, Cambridgeshire
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Ability to demonstrate good proofreading and editing skills to create high quality documentation
- A full clean driving license. Confident in driving long distance to unfamiliar destinations
- Experience in using in house systems
Hours:39 hours a week (avg). Seasonal weighting on hours.
Less hours worked in the autumn and more hours in the lead up to the busier periods. There are around weekend days worked across the 12months of the year. These are paid in addition to the salary.
