Description
To provide essential support in the brand styling department from end to end.

Starting from shoot prep, through to shooting on set including the logistics of product coordination on each end of the process.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the wider brand styling team on prestyling sessions and creative shoots and projects
  • Building formal shoot documentation and reports
  • Support product sourcing for styling team and product pull from various departments, ensuring a collaborative relationship with Showroom, Digital Samples, Product Development and Press/VIP teams
  • Supporting team with sample returns, ensuring the greatest care is taken at all times
  • Managing the underpinnings and styling rooms, ensuring a clean working space and well stocked styling studio
  • Assisting where needed on all daily tasks and general office activities, from general database and archiving, as well as adhoc admin work
