My client, a thriving Property Investment Company, is currently looking for Property Investment Specialist to join their dynamic team in Manchester.

They have a great portfolio of existing suppliers and investors across Manchester and are looking for experienced individuals to drive this forward and expand their services/business.

Working hours:

Monday
Thursday 9:00 am
6:00 pm
Friday 9:00 am
4:00 pm
1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00 am
4:00 pm

- weekday off in lieu

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:

Basic £20,000
£22,000

Firstyear

OTE £55,000 £60,000

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:

Knowledge of the residential buy-to-let market
Experience in Sales or New Homes Sales
Industry experience
Able to secure new business
An ambitious attitude within a busy targetdriven environment
You must be a people person, customer service focused, and forwardthinking to be successful within this role.

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:

Dealing with property investors and helping them achieve their financial objectives
Performing market analysis
Working closely with new and existing property investors and helping them achieve their financial objectives
Secure new business and manage existing relationships
