Ward Clerk Band 3:

Working on St Helier ICU, the post holder will be working alongside the nursing teams.

The post holder will assist the nursing staff with administration duties and will be a point of contact for visitors to ICU.

The post holder will answer the telephone and deal with queries efficiently and proactively.

Main duties of the job:


The post holder will support the nursing team with administrative and clerical issues relating to patients' care pathway and service provision.

The postholder will provide a patient-focused service that supports clinical staff in the provision of efficient integrated pathways.


The post holder will ensure high levels of patient care by assisting the Nurse in charge and by being an accessible, customer focused and knowledgeable point of contact.
