Smart TMS specialises in using transcranial magnetic stimulation to treat a wide range of mental health conditions. Approved by NICE in 2015, this treatment for depression is safe, effective, and non-invasive.
We are already the UK market leader of this innovative, drug-free treatment, with 9 clinics in the UK and Ireland.
The Marketing Executive will build on our leadership position, delivering agreed marketing activities for the business.
This is a varied role which covers marketing initiatives across B2C (business to patients), B2D (business to Doctor) and B2B (business to business).
This is a flexible hybrid role at 40 hours a week.Outline
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Work with the CEO to develop and then implement a marketing plan for new and existing services and clinics.
- Ownership of annual content plan to include social media, website content, blogs and any additional content requirements through the use of creative content, imagery and video.
- Manage and measure marketing costs and provide regular reports to the Board on the effectiveness of marketing activities using predetermined KPIs.
B2C
- Create compelling and engaging content for use across website, social and video channels.
- Management of organic and paid growth social media accounts and responsible for growing channels, with differentiated targeting of consumers and doctors.
- Monitoring website performance, PPC campaign performance, SEO activity and traffic and enquiry levels by channel.
- Process website amendments and blog posts with a view to optimising SEO performance.
- Work with the sales team to optimise the patient journey and increase the conversion rate.
- Create sales collateral, brochures and other materials which can be utilised in customer attraction & retention and as part of the sales pipeline.
- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
- Manage external agents for paid advertising and website structure management.
B2B2C
- Responsible for the organisation and signups to professional webinars and in providing support in the follow up.
- Management of organic growth of company LinkedIn.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, professional qualification or experience in Marketing or related field.
2+ years' relevant experience.
A motivated self-starter with a passion for "getting stuff done" and improving mental health.
Experience of successfully delivering marketing plans and multi-channel marketing communications.
Experience of website management systems and CRM systems.
Strong communication and copywriting skills.
Experience in creating and editing video content.
Management of social media channels including design skills to create social media posts and collateral.
Desirable
Experience with WordPress, Salesforce, Zapier and Force 24.
Experience in SEO optimisation processes.
Experience working with a number of stakeholders to execute projects.
Experience in managing paid advertising activities across social media & Google.
