Description
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.Our reception is the first point of contact for all external and internal customers, and we like to provide exceptional customer service and create positive and welcoming atmosphere.
The Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring the administration tasks are carried out to a high standard whilst ensuring our customer needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer calls that are directed to reception
- Direct and welcome all visitors and contractors to the business
- Managing the mail
- Managing and booking meeting rooms
- Supplies/ordering office supplies and work wear / PPE
- Maintain front door security and access swipe cards for all staff
Requirements:
You must have experience in a similar role and have excellent interpersonal skills.
You will be competent in the use of Microsoft Office, including Teams, and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
You must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to manage a varied workload.This role is for 1-2 days per week. Flexibility is needed and you must be able to cover holidays 5 days per week when required. You will be based at our Ochils site in Blackford, Perthshire. Hours at each day. £11.59 per hour plus benefits.
