We are looking for a highly motivated person, passionate about Youth Work who wants to see the lives of 12-19 year olds and those up to 25 year olds with Special educational needs or disabilities (SEND), transformed though access to an exciting, fun and engaging Senior Youth Zone Programme at our amazing Centre.

You will be comfortable managing and leading a team in the design, delivery and continuous improvement of our Senior sessions.

The Hunslet Club is a purpose built youth club which exists to help children & young people reach their full potential.

Providing them with a safe place to come, something to do and someone to talk to.

You will be an experienced passionate youth worker with solid, hands on experience in delivering high quality, open access youth work.

This is a fun, exciting and challenging role in an ambitious charity with over 200 young people attending sessions each night.

You will ensure there is an exciting range of activities on offer for young people aged 13+ (seniors).

You will plan, organise and oversee community programmes aimed at young people helping them to build life skills, develop healthy relationships and make decisions that are right for them.

We are looking for individuals who want to play an important role in changing young people's lives by delivering a range of youth prevention/ intervention, supportive counselling, community outreach and referrals to other health professionals.

As an integral part of the team you will work with children & young people providing assessments and plans to reduce issues such as mental health, anxiety, stress, substance misuse and many more issues young people face today.
