Key Responsibilities:
- Processing outsourced payroll for around 8000 employees across 4-weekly and monthly cycles
- Reconciling payroll data from the bureau
- Addressing payroll inquiries from clients, employees, and HMRC
- Ensuring compliance with national minimum wage rates
- Assisting in payroll management and timely query resolution
- Updating salary and employee information
- Generating reports as needed
- Completing assigned administrative tasks
- Managing national statistics
