Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing outsourced payroll for around 8000 employees across 4-weekly and monthly cycles
  • Reconciling payroll data from the bureau
  • Addressing payroll inquiries from clients, employees, and HMRC
  • Ensuring compliance with national minimum wage rates
  • Assisting in payroll management and timely query resolution
  • Updating salary and employee information
  • Generating reports as needed
  • Completing assigned administrative tasks
  • Managing national statistics
