Senior Tekla Detailer - Structural & Architectural Steelwork

£40,000.00 to £46,000.00 + depending on experience + pension.

Permanent position.

We specialize in the design, fabrication, and supply of Structural and Architectural Metalwork such as Feature staircases, Balustrades, Ladders, Platforms & Handrails, General Building Steels, and secondary steelwork.

Duties:

• Overseeing the GAs & detailing of products and ensuring compliance with building regulations.
• Working closely with clients' design teams to find cost-effective solutions.
• Carrying out surveys on sites for required works.
• Ensuring accuracy of all drawings before sending out.
• Uploading designs for client feedback.
• Communicating with project stakeholders to gather information.
• Ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
• General design office responsibilities.

Qualifications and/or Experience Required:

Experience as an Advanced Steel / Tekla Draughtsman is essential.

Experience in developing GA's & details for steelwork and metal work.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with various teams.

Minimum 5 years' experience in the steel / construction industry.

23 days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays

Early finish on a Friday.

Pension scheme

Hours of work:

Mon - Thurs 8.00am - 5.00pm

Fri - 8.00am - 2.00pm
