Engineering Administrator - Bramley, Basingstoke - Part Time (16hrs-25hrs) - Flexible hours - Permanent

I am currently recruiting for a Part time Engineering Administrator to work for a leading engineering organisation based in Hampshire.

Salary up to £26,000 Pro-Rota + Benefits

The organisation is leading instrumentation company that use latest technology to push the boundaries of the products that they provide to a catalogue of global clients.

The history of the organisation dates back over 50 years and they have a proven track record of providing a high value-added service to multiple sectors.

To cope with the current workload and in line with their expansion plans they the need to recruit for an Engineering Administrator on a part time basis.

The hours worked are flexible but would need to be within standard business hours. A minimum of 16 hours per week is required and we would consider employement upto 25 hours per week.

In this role as an Engineering Administrator you will be working closely with the Engineering team supporting the day to day operations.

This will be inclusive of but not limited to, maintaining the DSEAR engineering management software, producing quotations and following up, documentation review, printing drawings, ensuring procedures and guidelines are met and planning work for the engineering team.

Essential Requirements:

Experience with Excel
Experience with CRM software
Ability to perform general office admin duties

Desired Requirements:

Background within Engineering or Manufacturing, highly advantageous but not essential
