As a Factor Sales Parts Advisor, you will be an integral part of their operations, providing essential support to ensure top-notch customer experiences.
Your role will involve serving as a primary point of contact between the company and its valued customers, facilitating seamless communication and efficient order processing.
Responsibilities
- Address customer queries, offering accurate information, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Process customer orders, generate delivery notes, and track order status to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate the collection of returned goods from customer premises, managing documentation.
- Keep customers informed about order delivery status, including live and outstanding deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork, including delivery documentation and QHSE records.
- Monitor customer repair jobs throughout the workshop and maintain ongoing communication with customers.
- Assist in managing the central customer database (CRM), ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
- Actively promote the company's services and contribute to sales promotions.
- Demonstrate flexibility by performing tasks in various roles, including Parts, Service, and Sales.
- Communicate concerns and suggestions to the Head of Factor Sales to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute ideas for enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a fastpaced telesales environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Basic technical understanding of automotive parts and products
- Experience working with cataloguing software such as TecDoc, MAM Autocat+ and Partslink2
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve shared goals.
- Strong attention to detail and adept problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Positive attitude towards work and a strong alignment with the company's objectives.
