Description

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor/Foreman who is also Multi Skilled in operating plant machinery, to join our team at Kings Dock in Swansea.

As an experienced Supervisor you will:

Ensure the smooth and safe, day to day operation of the Site/Yards production.
Deputise in the absence of the site manager and be the main point of contact.
Ensure all health & safety requirements are adhered to and any non compliance is reported.

You will need to be experienced in the operation of a Loading Shovel, 360 Excavator and Telehandler, as you will be supervising as well as working as part of the team to facilitate production of materials for our customers needs.

You will have previous experience in a similar fast paced working environment. If you are first aid trained this will also be beneficial.

Excellent communication skills are key as you will be expected to communicate with colleagues through use of a hand held radio.

The job is performed out side and full PPE will be provided for all weather conditions.

Hours of work are:
Monday to Thursday 6am to 6pm, Friday 6am to 5pm, Every other Saturday 6am to finish,. Weekend working is paid at a premium.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£14.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 57.5 per week
