Dartmouth Castle tearooms is a local institution and attracts visits from far and wide.
We are a small café in a stunning location at the mouth of the River Dart adjacent to the English Heritage visit attraction, Dartmouth Castle.
We are also on the South West coastal path and attract a lot of passing walkers It's a busy location in summer months and quieter once the season ends, but stays open all year round, serving food and coffees and cake to take away.
About you:
Experience is great but not completely necessary, we are more than happy to train
We are looking for some one who is passionate about serving the best food and drinks.
A great can do attitude and a sense of humour are a must, with a strong want to provide an excellent customer experience.
About this role:
The café is located at the end of Castle Rd in Dartmouth. Can be accessed by foot or car. Plenty of parking is available. This role would be part time and day shifts only.
This role is 2 days per week, these would be weekdays around 16 hours. Hours worked could range between 8.30am - 5.30pm.
late opening during summer months You will be serving food and drinks along with making coffee, amongst many other service and operational tasks associated with a busy café.
Such as serving ice cream, taking orders, using the till.Job Type:
