What you'll do:


Inspiring and coaching our Heathrow colleagues, managing new entrants through their probation period and using colleague insights to deliver improvements in engagement, wellbeing, performance, and development, ensuring both new and longer-serving colleagues are equipped to perform to their best, as part of a better Heathrow.


What you'll bring to British Airways:

Your experience:

- _Experience of working in a 24/7 operational _environment desirable_
- _People Management and leadership experience_
- _Experience of managing large teams desirable_
- _Understanding of people policy and processes _desirable_
- _Experience of delivering improvements in colleague _engagement, well-being, performance or development_
- _Degree or qualifications with relevance to the role _desirable but not essential_
- _Able to hold an air side pass_
