Job detailsDo you have Operations Coordinator experience, and are you seeking a new job in Bristol? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit an Operations Coordinator, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will assist with the organisation and administration of all aspects of our engineering, packing and logistics projects to ensure their complete and efficient operation, including travel coordination.

This role is an interesting opportunities supporting their US operations and will be based in Brisol but will be working US hours (Monday-Friday 14:00-22:00)

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Coordinate and monitor projects and other relevant administration; source service providers, contractors and suppliers; obtain quotes and deal with problems
Ensure all work runs in a timely, costeffective manner within budgets and timescales
Place orders with suppliers and make arrangements in relation to monitoring all relevant deliverables
Prepare required job documentation, including job step risk analysis
Undertake job cost allocation and invoicing
The ability to multitask, anticipate and respond effectively to changing priorities
Flexible, conscientious attitude to work
High standard of written & verbal communication, with a confident & professional phone manner
Excellent interpersonal skills
