What's involved with this role:
Contract to start on until with a possible extension.

Key Duties:

The role will be responsible for smooth running of various property safety compliance programmes, always ensuring 100% compliance so that the client meets its statutory landlord compliance obligations in areas such as water safety, asbestos, fire safety, electrical safety, gas safety and lift maintenance.

The role requires an organised style of working with a professional approach to safety which will require the post holder to think critically and follow processes to the letter.

Salary:
£21.10 per hour
