We are looking for a Customer Services Representative to join the Team at our facility in Castleford.

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with previous experience of Customer Service in an office environment.

The Role

Key Requirements

Experience within a similar role.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and have good problemsolving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT literate, particularly with Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities will include:

Processing customer orders, and managing to completion
Monitoring and coordinating deliveries to meet specified lead times
Liaising with Planning, Operational and Despatch teams regarding customer orders
Respond to pricing, stock and delivery enquiries
Other associated administrative tasks, including stock management
Monitor account performance and associated improvement projects
Managing customer projects through the business, alongside the Technical and Sales team
Keeping customer records up to date
