Role
You will report to a 'hands on' Director who give you full autonomy putting your own stamp on things. This is truly an amazing chance for someone who is looking for that next move in their career.

You will manage a new starter team operationally on a day to day basis as well as managing a number of key accounts.

You will be responsible for the operational running of onboarding of new and existing clients, offering high levels of customer service working with a variety of clients across the UK.

You will manage and mentor a team, conducting 121's, appraisals and ongoing development and training

Experience

You will have a genuine passion for delivering 1st class customer experience with a desire to provide a seamless service.

Coming from a payroll bureau would be advantageous but not essential.

If you are keen, organised, with a strong work ethic then this could be the job for you
