Description
Juice have great opportunity for an experienced customer focused individual to join a dynamic and growing technology company as an Customer Helpdesk Coordinator.
The company develops tailored software solutions for the health and social industry.Due to their continued success, they are looking for help to assist with the onboarding of their software with new customers (pharmacies).
You will be working closely with the sales, onboarding and helpdesk teams; this role offers opportunities for progression, and you will be part of an enthusiastic and friendly team where new ideas and methodologies are welcomed and encouraged.
Duties to include:
- Calling customers to guide them through the implementation process
- Troubleshooting any installation issues
- Listening to customers and understanding their operation
- Customer basic training
- Managing a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed
- Communicating internally
Skills Required:
- Confident with IT system
- Excellent communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Organisation skills
- Time management
- The ability to multitask
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Detailoriented.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
Duration: 12 weeks temporary to permanent
Successful applicants must be based in the UK, with adequate right to work eligibility.
