**Team Lead (Customer Solutions)

Helsinki/Salo

- up to 5900€/pm + bonus**Our client has opened a brand new position, a Team Lead where your main responsibility will be to lead the Customer Solution software development team. Our client focuses on developing and delivering innovative identification solutions utilizing the latestRFID and IoT technologies for real-time item tracking.

Responsibilities

You will be leading and managing the customer solution team.
You're the line responsibility of the Customer Solutions team.
Report all customer projects relating to deliverables by development function to relevant stakeholders.
Manage daytoday operations for the team.
Making sure delivery quality is at an excellent level.
Handson cloud software development.
You will cooperate with other internal development teams in the corporation.

Requirements:

You have experience working with external and internal customers.
Line management experience.
Experience leading and managing professional development teams.
Experience delivering highquality projects within expected timelines.
Frontend and Backend experience with the following technologies: Python, Django, React, C#, SQL
