About the role
We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate Executive Assistant to support our Beauty CEO, Lucy Gorman.

Reporting into our Founder Matt, Lucy is the driving force behind all things beauty and oversees the entire beauty business of approx.

1400 employees across marketing, digital, ecommerce, manufacturing, supply chain, buying and finance.

Lucy is looking for someone who has a strong background in supporting at C-Suite level and ideally someone coming from a fast-paced retail environment.

We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills and bags of enthusiasm.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide high level business support across all areas relating to the beauty division.
  • Complex diary management across different time zones, managing and maintaining daily schedules, meetings and appointments.
  • Organise domestic and international travel plans including itineraries, travel and accommodation.
  • Act as the Gatekeeper for all incoming internal and external enquiries. Monitor, screen and respond appropriately and accordingly.
  • Act as a first point contact for the SLT and for the wider Beauty division.
  • Sit in on internal meetings where necessary to take minutes.
  • Conduct market research to collect and analyse data and trends for internal reports, presentations and division wide updates.
  • Review internal processes across the division and identify where improvements can be made. Present findings and recommendations to divisional CEO.
  • Prepare board packs and presentation packs for our external clients in the beauty industry.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across the beauty industry, keeping up to date with industry changes and trends.
  • Be willing to go above and beyond and always take a proactive approach.

What we're looking for:


  • Someone with a strong background supporting as a PA/EA at C-Suite level.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with ever changing priorities and the ability to juggle these.
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable liaising with people at all levels
  • Someone with strong levels of discretion and confidentiality.
