C#.NET Software Developer / Engineer / Programmer £35,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience) + generous pension provision

Based Sheffield

The Role

The C#.NET Software Developer / Engineer / Programmer will be a key member of the Development Team, involved in all stages of the software lifecycle and contributing to the specification, design, implementation, testing and support of a wide range of technicalprojects.

Main duties of the C#.

NET Software Developer / Engineer / Programmer include:

Designing and implementing GUIs
Writing underlying class objects and libraries for data acquisition, interfaces to external systems and data manipulation
Maintaining and supporting the current code base

The successful C#.NET Software Developer / Engineer / Programmer will have strong analytical and problem solving abilities and be able to work using their own initiative within the team, sharing responsibility for organising, managing and delivering todeadlines.

A flexible approach to working and being comfortable with multitasking is expected. Hybrid home-office working is an option.

A strong programming background with at least 2 years of commercial experience
Experience of using the.

NET Framework

Familiarity with the Visual Studio programming environment
An enthusiasm to expand their skills and capabilities
