ORDER PROCESSOR WANTED

As an order processor your job role will include:
- Making outbound calls to customers to clarify any order queries where required and deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Seek written confirmation from customers if there are any amendments to the original order/quotation
- Ensure accuracy of order processing by direct order entry onto the company computer database and check / release EDI orders
Salary:
up to £20,000
With 15% bonus
5 days in the office
- Monday to Friday
Key skills:
- Computer literate
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Good telephone manner
