The Growth Company (GC) has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join the Innovate UK Edge delivery Team to support with a range of administrative duties.
We are looking for organised individuals with experience of successfully carrying out effective administrative support that enables the team to work effectively in a busy and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Team Leader and Innovation Director to compile documentary evidence for contract submissions and internal reporting.
- Ensure documentation submitted by the Innovation and Growth Specialists is to the required standards.
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports.
- Ensure all documentation is filed correctly and manage file structures.
- Play a key part in the issuing of state aid information to business clients
- Management of the timesheet process and associated systems to ensure documents and data are timely, and accurate, ensuring effective recovery of expenditure in line with funder claim deadlines.
- Maintain effective tracking and management systems.
- Control the maintenance of key funder documentation, such as contracts and agreements, ensuring records are kept uptodate, accurate, systematically filed and issued to partners, plus liaising with internal audit to ensure originals are effectively controlled.
- Generate Corporate Travel document control processes, effectively maintaining and verifying the supporting documents to ensure expenditure is appropriate and is effectively evidenced.
- Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices.
- Undertake general administrative tasks such as printing, copying, filing, meeting room and travel arrangements etc.

- Systematic and efficient approach to administrative tasks.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Good organiser; able to manage multiple activities.
- Strong commitment to high quality work.
Skills Required:
- Experience of successfully carrying out an effective administrative support is essential.
- Maths and English GCSE qualification is essential.
- Knowledge of contracts and document management is desirable.
