Previous experience in a Sales Administration or Customer Success role where you have done some project management and are comfortable working in a technical environment would be advantageous.

The role requires someone who is very organised and adept at juggling multiple priorities, has great attention to detail and able to provide excellent customer service as you will act as the interface with key stakeholders internal and external to the business.

An overview of the main duties has been provided below:

  • Engage with customers to discuss and agree on delivery of their outstanding penetration testing projects.
  • Work closely with our Sales team to drive action on contracts where progress is stalled or blocked.
  • Lead weekly meetings with our Customer Success team to review existing contracts, and discuss and agree on actions to drive progress.
  • Escalate contracts to Finance and/or Legal where we're unable to reach a solution; track the progress of these escalations.
  • Provide weekly progress reports to Senior Leadership.

Note:
This is a full-time / 6 month fixed-term contract position that can be worked fully remote or Hybrid. The position pays an hourly salary of £15.


What we're looking for / Skills that will help you in the role
Essential

  • Previous customer service experience is essential (ideally in a B2B environment).
  • Proven experience managing and scheduling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data entry experience would be beneficial.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously.
  • Able to follow process consistently and reliably.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to perform duties with a broad latitude for judgement and problem solving.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills with strong attentiontodetail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good commercial acumen.
  • Resilient to change, adapting to and supporting new situations with confidence.
  • Solutionfocused approach to resolve engineering problems and incidents and the ability to make objective / evidencebased decisions using insights.
Desirable

  • Previous experience of working in a technical environment.
  • Previous experience of working in a sales administration role.
