What we're looking for:

We have a brand new and exciting role as a Warehouse & Logistics Co-Ordinator to join our growing business, The Insulated Panel Store, part of the Kingspan Group.

The Warehouse & Logistics Co-Ordinator will be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth running of our E-Commerce warehouse based in Holywell, Flintshire.

You'll be responsible for Goods-In and Order-Despatch, monitoring storage, organising the distribution of goods to customers, and negotiating with transport companies.

You will also be responsible for the development of a growing team including warehouse people and delivery
teams.

Main responsibilities in more detail:

Strategically plan routes to meet planned delivery dates and optimise transport costs.
Identify potential logistics suppliers. Agree shipping rates and agree service levels.
Carry out warehouse inspections. Keeping track of quality, quantity, and stock levels.
Ability to problem solve, influence and make considered efficient decisions.
Hire, train and manage warehouse & driving staff.
Coordinate staff scheduling.
Provide holiday/ absence cover for the team of delivery drivers.
Oversee workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
To ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001accreditations

- and all other certifications currently in place.

Organisation skills in a logistics and warehouse operations environment.
Warehouse supervision experience.
Confident communication skills with colleagues, vendors, and customers
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Knowledge of health & safety at work.
Basic computer and admin skills.
High motivation and enthusiasm.
Logical problemsolving skills.
Full UK Driving Licence
FLT/ Sideloader experience & current licence
