Would you like to help improve South Tyneside Council's digital services?


We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Digital Change and Delivery Team as a Digital Solutions Officer.

We would love to hear from you if you are a positive, motivated, solutions-focused team player ready to work in a forward-thinking team.


As a Digital Solutions Officer, you will play a key role in developing new digital solutions to Council services and residents, taking a lead on user research, business process mapping and data analysis.

You will present findings back to stakeholders and work with colleagues in Digital and ICT to find the best approach to redesigning business processes and working practices to deliver service improvement from digital solutions.


This role will suit someone with excellent communication and organisation skills, a proactive approach to work, with a knowledge of M365 tools and the Goss Digital Platform.
