    Area Sales Manager - ENT Devices and Equipment

    Territory: East and West Midlands

    JOB: This is a sales opportunity within a growing healthcare SME. As Area Manager for the Midlands region, you will work across three established product areas, seeking opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and maximise business presence in ENT, reconstructive plastics, and Otology. The company provides excellent training, product support, and clinical trainers to offer education and technical support. However, candidates must demonstrate a passion and aptitude for learning technical products and absorbing clinical information. Typical touch points in the NHS will include surgeons, theatre teams, procurement, ENT consultants, speech and language therapists, and nurses. You will be tasked with growing an existing account base, making this an involved, hands-on role with daily travel across the Midlands region. Someone who has sold across multiple departments in hospitals and can network, upsell, and cross-sell effectively within NHS trusts is ideal for this role.

    Requirements:

    • Sales experience with technical products or solutions into hospitals.
    • At least 5 years of territory management experience.
    • Ability to build long-lasting relationships.
    • Capacity to sell across a varied portfolio.
    • Clinically driven sales professional or an experienced clinician wanting a commercial role.

    Package for Area Sales Manager:

    • Basic Salary: Up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)
    • Commission: £25,000 (uncapped)
    • Company car provided.
    • Benefits: Mobile, Laptop, Pension Scheme included.
    • Holidays: 25 days.
