Our Support Worker roles are well-paid, well supported and fulfilling.

We aim to provide care that allows young people and young adults to remain safe, achieve and support them in meeting their full potential, whether this be in independence, education or life skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Working alongside the young person as part of their Team to ensure their needs are met.
  • Following the care plan for the young person to ensure they remain safe, and to afford them opportunities that allow them to remain safe and grow.
  • Support the young person to meet goals as identified on their care plan.
  • To work a shift pattern.
  • Write daily logs and keep a written record on a daytoday basis.
  • Administer medication to the young person as prescribed.
  • To follow a house rota in relation to household tasks.

£16.50-£19.50 per hour
