Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Liaison. As a Liaison, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. This position requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to analyze data to drive business growth.


Responsibilities:

• Sourcing appropriate providers across a wide range of medical services
• Ensuring all medical experts are suitably qualified and hold a license to practice
• Reviewing gaps within the expert network and undertaking strategic recruitment
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing medicolegal experts, ensuring their needs are met
• Ensuring medical experts achieve the company's expected service level requirements in terms of service and quality
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for stakeholders retention and expansion
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and client feedback

• Effectively negotiating competitive fees with all our providers
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Pay:
Up to £30,000.00 per year
