Title:
Accounts Payable Supervisor

Pay: 40,000 P/A plus 5% bonus

Location:
Edinburgh (EH1)

Duration: 6 months (Potential to be extended)

Hours:
Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00

Start Date: 3^rd of July 2023
About the role

Provide support on variety of Finance queries ranging from pay, purchasing and payments for staff, visitors, and external suppliers
Building positive relationships with suppliers/internal stakeholders and managing their expectations
Responsible for supervising daytoday activities of a team within AP Team by effectively delegating responsibilities and monitoring progress to ensure all KPIs are achieved
Conducting regular oneonone meetings to provide guidance and feedback on team performance
Escalate any significant issues to the specific Service Delivery Manager.

About you:

Proven analytical and problemsolving skills.
Significant, demonstrable user support and customer service experience
Knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Payable processes
Demonstrable team management a service supervision experience
Proactive and innovative approach to work with a proven track record of implementing continuous service improvements
Ability to delegate and to motivate, mentor and empower staff.
Commitment to the provision of highquality customer care and service standards.
Calm and methodical, capable of handling pressure and dealing with problems appropriately
