Description

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet the needs and abilities of all students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' intellectual, personal and social development.
Assess, track and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable goals.
Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to plan and implement a comprehensive curriculum.
Provide support and guidance to students and work with families to promote positive educational outcomes.
Participate in professional development opportunities to keep uptodate with current education practices and trends.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Proven experience teaching in a primary or secondary school setting.
Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum and assessment procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
Ability to think creatively and bring innovative teaching methods to the classroom.
Commitment to inclusivity and diversity, with a passion for working with students from diverse backgrounds.
