About The Role:


Quality Team Leader Main responsibilities are to Lead a Quality Team of Quality Technicians and Assistant Quality Technicians to help maintain and improve the quality of manufacturing and products to ensure customers receive the best quality of the product in line with the business manufacturing standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and Adhere to a team Daily audit schedule with assistance of the Quality Supervisors, guiding the team into raising nonconformities in the way of quality reports.
  • Ensuring Team Communication is clear and effective to be able to guide the team members into the highrisk areas related to quality output.
  • Assisting with supplier Trials to continually improve Company Quality Standards and cooperate with Purchasing
  • Department to discuss risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct testing on new and existing products verifying the highest standards of Quality.
  • Provide technical support, training, and advice across all our manufacturing sites to improve overall quality.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the Quality Manufacturing systems to Meet ISO 9001 standards.
  • Help to gather information for Quality Training Guides, SOP's as well as training new and existing staff on processes and procedures.
  • Work with all Managers and Supervisors to assist with inspections and investigations based on Weekly KPI's and areas of concern with the aim to reducing scraps and defects.
  • Investigate in House issues, find the root cause and offer advice and training to resolve issues
  • Provide Technical support to the Quality HOD, Quality Manager, Quality Supervisor and Assistant Quality Technicians.
  • Working with T100 Risk Manager tasks, carrying out preassigned audits.

About You:


Desired skills and knowledge:


  • Indepth knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and industry standards related to kitchen manufacturing
  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining effective Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Strong skills in identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
  • Proficiency in conducting root cause analysis investigations to identify and address the underlying causes of quality deviations and production issues
  • Problemsolving skills to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence
  • Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of quality professionals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess data
  • Vigilance
  • Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the kitchen manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and tight production schedules

  • Formal training on lean methodologies
  • ILM/CMI Level 3 in leadership
