Intermarine UK is a leading provider of labour support to maritime operations in the UK and our business is growing rapidly.
To complement our team, we are looking for an Accommodation Assistant.
Reporting to the office in Govan, you will assist with the smooth and efficient running of the Accommodation operation, by ensuring all procedures are delivered to the highest standards.
The job will require the applicant to drive to different locations (mainly Paisley and Glasgow area) to conduct basic check of accommodations we provide for our employees and carry out small repairs/maintenance.
- Ensure the smooth running of accommodation facilities
- Arrange repairs and maintenance of the facilities
- Inspect the accommodation to ensure that company policy is met
- Communicate with the rest of the team to coordinate and plan the allocation of accommodation
- Complete the necessary administrative tasks involved
- Control a budget and finances keeping up a good track of utility bills payments
- IT literate, excellent computer literacy and numeracy skills
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to taking ownership of your time management
- Valid UK driving license company car on site for person over 25 years old and resident in the UK for more than 5 years due to insurance purposes. Alternately private car could be used and refunded at 45 pence per mile
- Fluent in English
- 30 hours per week
- Variable but between hours of 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri
- Initially this will be a parttime role with flexible hours with option to go fulltime
- 25 days + E&W public holidays per year (pro rata)
- Immediate start available
