My client's business has expanded greatly over the last twelve months, and they now need a
Finance and Administration Assistant to join their busy team.
Providing key support to the Finance and Administration Manager, the role can be considered on either a full or part time basis, but cover is required Monday - Friday each week (Friday working from home).
Key duties will include:
- General bookkeeping and finance administration
- Updating of ledgers
- Assisting with Month End procedures
- Processing invoices for payment
- Reconciling bank statement
- Credit control
- General business administration support
- Maintaining stationary and general sundry items
- Developing strong relationships both internally and externally
- Managing relationships with external suppliers
- Assisting with production of monthly management accounts and sales analysis reports
Key skills and experience required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using accountancy software would be beneficial
- Experience using SAP would be a strong advantage
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong team player
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch) if full time. School hours also considered.
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
