The main responsibilities of the Trainee Recruitment Consultant include:

Finding exceptional consultants who meet our clients' needs
Networking and headhunting using LinkedIn
Writing and putting up job postings in order to attract the right talent
Building relationships with clients
Have a 2:1 or 2:2 from a recognised university or 6 months + of sales experience
Be independent and proactive thinker
Be peoplefocused and enjoys building relationships
Have some experience working in sales with targets
