Showroom Manager responsible for day-to-day ownership operation presentation of Shaw Contract London showroom.Responsibilities include serving as primary owner ensuring showroom is client-ready welcoming aligned with Shaw Contract brand standards maintaining all displays samples literature finishes proactively enhancing showroom functionality customer flow partnering with Marketing designing planning executing showroom events managing logistics ensuring exceptional guest experience supporting Sales customer visits walk-ins presentations confidently presenting product when Sales team members unavailable maintaining strong knowledge EMEA product portfolio supporting product launches training sessions internal meetings assisting with showroom branding visual updates upkeep presentation materials managing relationships with partners collaboration brand objectives overseeing sample inventory literature supply levels coordinating shipments replenishment returns managing vendor building services relationships processing facility-related invoices handling incoming outgoing post deliveries owning calendar scheduling customer visits internal use partner bookings communicating proactively Sales Marketing external partners regarding visits events space requirements providing regular updates structured reporting line manager wider team weekly monthly activity summaries.
