What you'll be doing;

  • To be responsible for diary and inbox management and to assist in managing the regional directors time
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to support the smooth running of reporting and management information packs required
  • Provide support with projects, gathering information and ensuring deliverables are met by the team
  • To organise and arrange travel and accommodation including provision of itineraries and administration of expenses thereafter
  • To coordinate and produce quality information within the required timescales, including presentations, documents packs and spreadsheets
  • To ensure the smooth running of the Dunfermline office, including reception cover, facilities management, supplies, liaison with the estates team where required.
  • Raising all relevant purchase orders for the leadership team where appropriate.

What we're looking for;

  • Previous P/A or Senior Administration experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the google suite
  • Good relationship building skills
