Description

This is a hybrid working role with two office days and three working from home or remotely once the successful passing of the probation period.

Alongside some remote working industry recognised exams will be funded to ensure you are able to reach your fullpotential.

Job Duties.

  • Manage a portfolio of 130 properties.
  • Handle the deposit returns process
  • Conducting check outs.
  • Liaising with maintenance contractors.
  • Being the first point contact for all tenants and landlords with in the portfolio.
The ideal Property manager.

  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in a property management role
  • Own car and full driver's license (essential).
Job package for the Property Manager

  • Basic salary £23,000 £27,500 Depending on experience.
  • Monday to Friday 8:45am 5:30pm
  • Business mileage paid.
  • Remote working available
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays (Including your birthday off as annual leave).
